The camp is rented to you for your group’s functions. We have prepared contracts for the various types of rentals of the camp. The camp is reserved for 4-H functions first and then is open for reservations with non-4-H groups after January 15 for the upcoming season.

The camp can be rented in total for overnight stays, including the dining hall and dormitory facilities. Overnight stays can be for one or more nights.

Also, the camp can be rented for the day for groups that want to use the pavilions or the dining hall.

See attached link and print the contract on your printer, complete the form, and mail to the address on the form. There is a special contract for food service if you want our staff to provide dining service during your stay. Please read all contracts fully and the necessary camp rules. Complete all portions of the contract. Contact the Reservations Coordinator if there are any questions about the rental of the camp or the completion of the form. The completed contract with the required deposit is needed to process your reservation. You will be contacted to confirm and finalize your visit to our facility.
